| Aufgabe | Challenge the limits This fall, Audi invited all employees to the Audi Family Festival 2023 at its locations in Ingolstadt, Neuburg, and Münchsmünster, and our event and guest management experts took on the major task of making it happen. The festival offered many great activities, including taxi rides in Neuburg, test drives in Ingolstadt and Münchsmünster, and exciting factory tours. Around 80,000 guests registered via our registration portal. In the run-up to the event, our support team and IT department had their hands full managing this huge amount of data and making the wealth of information about the Audi Family Festival as user-friendly as possible. Thanks to our digital process structure and expert know-how, we had everything under control at all times. Perhaps the biggest challenge was managing the flow of visitors on the day of the event. With ten entrances and numerous security gates, all guests were able to safely enter the factory premises. By scanning each ticket's QR code, all contact persons received live updates on the number of people on the premises. By the end of the day, everyone was smiling: guests, customers, and the LMC Team. We are already looking forward to the next challenge. |
